  • You’ll meet privately with a licensed counselor to discuss your goals, experiences, and how therapy can best support you. 

  • Our team provides CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, relapse prevention, and other evidence-based treatments. 

  • Yes. Your conversations are confidential and follow strict privacy laws. 

  • Each session lasts 30 to 90 minutes, depending on your appointment type, scheduled at your convenience.

  • If needed, medication can be part of your care plan. Your counselor will talk with you about options that may support your healing.
