We offer medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD), SUD counseling, behavioral and mental health, peer support, comprehensive support services, and transportation assistance.

Yes. We accept Medicaid and Medicare. Financial navigators are available on-site to assist with payment or coverage questions.

During your first visit, we’ll review your medical and personal history, discuss your goals for treatment, and create a care plan tailored to you. Intake may include lab work, a medical exam, and introductions to counseling or support services.

Yes. Many of our counseling, behavioral health, and follow-up services are available through private, secure telehealth appointments.

Talk to any staff member, fill out the transportation request form, or call the clinic directly. Our team will help arrange transportation for your appointments if needed.
